Scottish glens are numerous and most will provide great views to capture on canvas. Glenshee is on the road from Dundee to Braemar. The glens have steep hills all around and there is a few burns to add some water effects as well as farm houses and cottages. It used to be a great stopping off point for visitors heading to Braemar or the ski slopes, but the hotel got burnt down several years ago.
