“Lady in Red in the Rain” oil, 30 × 20 inches

Lady in Red in the Rain. This oil painting is one of many in my Lady in Red project as she travels all over Dundee City of Discovery as a visitor, and out shopping, then in the evening out socializing. I had an urge to paint my home town and needed something to take me round all the interesting places. This is one from the Nethergate on a rainy day, and showing the Mercat Cross which later on got moved, yet again. This big painting makes a perfect wall art feature.
