“Rembrant Tulips” acrylic, 30 × 20 inches

Rembrant Tulips are very distinctive with contrasting stripes in the petals, said to be caused by a virus infection, but if so it does not affect the strength of the plant. I just love these types of tulips which make a fantastic display in my garden in spring amongst many other tulips. This is why I open up my garden for visitors in spring for charity with the Scotlands Garden Scheme.
